Last night on the news, a little boy that was 2 years old was attacked and killed by a pitbull, they owner of the pitbull will face charges but I also think that parents should face charges as well. They said that the little boy was found dead in the backyard. I want to know where the little boy's parents where and why a 2 year old would be allowed outside without a parent present. This is just a sad situation all the way around.
