This is my thought exactly...this seems neurological, most likely with the spinal cord. It seems to be her back legs are not getting the message from her brain as to what to do. Has she ever had an injury or fall?
Please keep searching for the answer...my thoughts and prayers are with you. The idea to video this while it was happening was brilliant...sometimes when you take your dog to a vet and she is acting totally normal...it's difficult to explain what happens during an episode, and the vet doesn't have a clear idea of the seriousness involved. Again, I pray for your little one...
Something else to remember, do not allow her to jump on or off of anything...get an MRI...soon.
