Tylan is good but it is time for more testing in my opinion.
Did you ever get a copy of the blood work?
Did the vet do a Spec cPL and TLI?
Has metronidazole been tried?
Has the vet talked about an intestinal biopsy?
Have you thought about a homecooked whitefish diet?
Something like whitefish and sweet potato may settle easily, entice her to eat and it would be something more novel in case this is a food intolerance.
