Praying for him to get better, I know Dr. Tobias and she is the best on Liver shunt, but I do know when they talk about walking in circles it is walking the outer edge of the room in circles, and they don't stop for awhile, its like they are on a mission, & you can't stop them. I wish you well, I went through liver shunt a long time ago and its horrible, it took me years before I would even consider getting another yorkie, but look at me now, I have a zoo
