I'm not clear; does she do this only after eating or a bath? On a side note, I use to keep the hair on the bridge of the nose clipped short, but occasionally it would grow too fast and poke Joey in the eye, leading to rubbing his face on the carpet. Joey got eye ulceration, and the vet suspected rubbing his face on the carpet caused the scratch. We have since grown out the hair enough that it doesn't poke him in the eyes.
Also the corn in RC can cause itching in some dogs who are allergic to corn.
