I get to bring Riot home tomorrow and I'm taking him on Tuesday to the same vet my parents use. My mom said their border collie's last checkup was $41 but I'm not sure if there is a different cost for smaller dogs, puppies or first timers..I guess we'll wait and see!
That vet is a little expensive for around here but they are so good and they saved our other dog's life (he had Parvo and was in very bad shape) so I figure the extra cost is worth it.
