How long after you gave the nutrical did she stop shaking?
She may need to eat but hypo isn't my first thought because her stool may have been soft and she is not feeling well in general.
She is up to date on shots, but when was her last one?
If her gums are pale, white, blue or gray, you may need to call the vet.
The inside of the chicken (white meat only, fat fat) may be okay, however, it would be better to make her her own without seasonings.
Of course it is still possible that it is hypo. Small pups should eat 3-6 times a day.
