I can not understand why someone would even consider buying a puppy or anything living they can not see first. How do you no the type of boning, hair, what the parents look like, the attitude, the bite, gate.....what good would a registation even be if there is one. Come on you don't even no anything about the person handling the deal if they really even have a puppy is all about. I am sure their are good breeders all over the world. But, I am sure a reputable breeder would not stick a baby furball on a plane for lord no's how long to another country.
