More for the upset stomach really, diarrhea and such... I think it depends on the vet. Did the emergency vets tell you to give it? I'm glad you're giving so little!

Yorkies have very sensitive stomachs, the hypersalivating concerns me, but from everything else you describe I'm not sure what exactly it could be. She may have just vomited the once because she's not had enough on her stomach to vomit again since. Its encouraging that its been an hour since she ate and she hasn't vomited again.

If the emergency vets were concerned enough to tell you to bring her in, I'd really consider it if she's not getting better. But if she's doing better you may just want to keep your eye on her and make sure she's eating/drinking fine again.
