Well, seems like a miscommunication from the manufaturer to the dealer to the customer.
Hopefully this issue has made it clear that frequent check up on orders to make sure the order is being processed and fulfilled is necessary.
I have had my fair share of disappointments when dealing with drop-shipping companies or companies who import their products from out of the country. Now I always check up with the manufacturer every couple days to make sure everything is on track.
You may seem annoying to your manufacturer, but you will be noticed and appreciated by your customers for being on top of things. |
