I am so very sorry for your family and for you. What a terrible tragedy, and at this time of year, makes it even worse. It is senseless why someone wants to get behind the wheel while drinking. I hope that your family can eventually find peace although the loss with always be there, and I hope that the person that killed your cousin gets the punishment they deserve.
