Personally I don't think dogs get "pissed" at you or hold grudges, but anyways.. I do agree you shouldn't put her in the crate but tell her NO! and take her outside. Daily walks are important and will give her more time with you. I would start from basics and not allow her to roam free. Take her outside after playing, eating, drinking, etc. She could have gotten confused since her schedule changed along with yours. Max was completely potty trained at his old house but when he came to me I've had to work hard to train him since everything was different.
By this time you probably know her schedule for the bathroom, so take her out when you know she has to go. If she doesn't go crate her for 15 minutes and take her outside again. This is what I have been doing for the last three weeks (almost) and we only had two accidents (one pee one poo on the same day). I left him with my mom for a few hours which was a BIG mistake and I should have just put him in the crate.
Good luck, and don't give up!
