Raw feeders do feed raw egg but, because of the risk of salmonella, it really isn't a good idea for dogs with compromised immune systems to eat any kind of raw meat/eggs.
Cooked egg shells are sometimes used as calcium in homecooked diets.
I wouldn't be too worried if your dogs are healthy but I also wouldn't do it again until you thoroughly research the raw diet and see if that is something you are comfortable with.
