I don't know about night time but whenever we leave our Zoë home alone in her xpen I leave the TV on in the living room. I usually leave it on Animal Planet, TLC/Discover, or a cartoon channel. I don't know if it makes a big difference or not but she hardly ever cries when I leave (and if so only for a bit). I like to think it calms her, as she'll sit with us while we're home and watch tv....
Congrats on being able to get a full night's sleep! I know I'm still rejoicing, a week Friday I decided to just try to see if she'd sleep through the night on her own (and not wake her up to go out in the middle of the night) and thank goodness she'll sleep through the night and even sleep in! |
