That, and give them plenty to chew on . Floyd stays in our front room where everything's going on and is quiet except for a couple of shrieks in the morning and evening. He does get more noisy when he thinks it's mating time. He also shrieks when we open the bag with the duck tenders to give the dogs a treat. He's gotta have one, too! That's one of his favorites, along with crab legs and corn on the cob. Talk about a commitment...these guys can live 80+ years. All in all, I think the Greys make a better companion pet. but nothing is quite like an M-2 if you're up for it. |
Yorkies are kinda that way too, about not spoiling them in the beginning.
If we are having chicken for dinner, when we're finished we will give Selah a little bit in her bowl, and Sam likes some too. He will even fly down during dinner to "beg" off my husband (he knows he won't get any from me during mealtime). I know its kinda gross if you think too hard about it, but he really enjoys chicken and corn on the cob.
