I have no problem with mine playing with bigger dogs, however, it takes a lot more watching to keep them safe. The age of the other dogs would be a bigger concern for me. I don't think they would know to play gentle with Rowdy. The 17 weeks absolutely not, the 1 yr old, perhaps, but that's still pretty young for him to be able to control himself. I doubt they'd try to hurt him on purpose and I'm sure Rowdy could stand his own ground, but for me it just wouldn't be worth the risk. They are big and tough in their own minds, but their bodies really are very fragile.
