A person (?) who would do something like that needs to be put somewhere away from society. I cannot imagine how a mind could work like that.
Since it was sent to your email address, it would have to be someone that has that information....how would they have gotten that? My mind says it has to be someone you have communicated with before or have given your e-mail address to. What about the return address?
