Well, that definitely makes more sense! We're going to transition over to Wellness for puppies. I just got it today. I don't know if any of you have seen my other threads from today, but we're switching again because Chewie seems to have devloped the "itchies" after switching to Royal Canin, which until today, I noticed isn't that much better than the Hills SD he was eating before (which he had no reaction to). Well, it is, but not so much....He's 6mo old right now and I figured as long as he reacts well to the Wellness brand, we'll stick with it and then once he turns 8-9mo. we can change over to Wellness Core since it's grainless (which seems to be an admirable quality in dog food) and has a nice protein value. If I had my choice, I'd home cook for him, but that's just not in the cards right now. Is that what I should do?
