With his neck being tender is that something with liver disease or an infection in the spinal column and how likely is an infection in the brain or cerebral spinal fluid in a yorkie?
One of the first things you think about if a neck is tender and can't turn with out pain in a human is encepalopathy or spinal meningitis something like that. His WBC's are elevated also. Indicating an infection.
I know I would be concerned and worried.
