If you are truly suspecting allergies - I would HIGHLY recommend Wellness Core Ocean or a similar allergy food.
Personally, I'm not a fan of Lifes Abundance - it contains fillers and doesn't have great meat content (read the ingredient list carefully) - and when you're dealing w/ allergies, this is very important to pay attention to.
