If you are looking to start a new thread, just click on forum at the top of the page and choose the forum you would like to start a thread. Then about halfway up on the left side, you will see "New Thread", click on that to start a new thread. There are many forums that you can ask questions or just chat on.
You can choose whatever forum and read through the threads and respond as you have on this one.
