Just wondering if all this stuff is necessary. I have phoned other vets in my area and they are about $60.00 cheaper for just the regular surgery. One vet told me he wouldn't recommend the bloodwork unless he was an older dog. I have been going to my vet for about 16 years. I do feel somewhat loyal, but I don't know.???? |
i feel your pain. its time for me to get my boy neutered also. ive been calling around trying to find decent rates. so far nothing under 250.00 including meds and everything but his teeth havnt all fallen out so that gonna be extra about 10.00 per tooth. ouch !!!!!! the city does neutering for 10.00 once a month( on a 1st come 1st serve and only 30 a day) but i dont think they care about the animals just about stopping the growing animal population so i'm afraid they will butcher my boy and i would feel terrible so i'm going to have to bite the bullet and pay for it......im sure there will be more needed to raise the price (the aftercare) products.....
