 Not eating - Changing food???
Trixie is eating Eukanuba Puppy food for Small Breed. She's always liked it. Until earlier this week when all of a sudden she did not want to eat. I thought it was because of her teething... (she tried to eat it, but it fell out of her mouth). So finally yesterday I thought, "she NEEDS to eat"... I bought a little tin of Cesar puppy food (wet food) and mixed some with her kibble. She finally started eating. I have to add that she has also had diarreah for the last two days. Today when she went potty she still had diarreah and now she had blood in her stool as well. I called the vet and they said the blood is from changing her food, and to give her only kibble. They said that she'll eat it when she is hungry... What do you guys think??? I'm a little worried. Also because she just got done with treatment for Cocciosis (sp???). The vet said that shouldn't be it... |
