To the OP - Can you get involved in handling first, or at the same time? I think that if you are going to go through the effort of doing OFA and all of those tests (which is commendable, not everyone does that) don't you think it would be worthwhile to show your dogs? Can you do local shows on the weekends just to get in the ring?
