I don't believe what little he licked out of the cups will hurt him. Chocolate can be toxic but even for a little dog it takes a large amount and usually has to be pure to be toxic. Just keep an eye on him and watch for tummy upset which you probably won't see. I have always let mine lick the cups no matter what the flavor was. Anyway, if you are on Weight Watchers, and you are like I was, there couldn't have been much left.
