I, also, have a yorkie that would not eat. I spent the first weekend I had her at the emergency room with her because of this - she got hypoglycemic and they had to drip her to get her blood sugars up. She also happened to have coccidia and giardia. Have you checked yours for that? Anyway, I had to syringe feed her Gerber's chicken baby food for a couple of days, and then she started eating if off of my finger. I would barely heat it in the microwave. Anyway, she did great on this and gained over a pound! We supplemented with liquid vitamins from the vet. Mine was just a little over a pound when all of this happened and it is really worrisome, I know. Just this morning I've posted because she has some mucus in her stools that I now am worried about! The baby food might work. Give it a try - good luck!
