It does sound like a false pregnancy. She should be fine. The main worry would be if she develops pymetra (uterus infection). As long as she is eating normally and not running any temperature she should be fine. It is also normal for neutered males to still have their sex drive, especially if the neutering is done after the male is sexual mature.
