first of all, thanks for you extensive comment.
let me answer some of you questions.
1) i first trained him on pee pads, then housebroke him... unfortunately, he still makes mistakes, so i guess i didnt' do a great job.
2)i think he poos around 4 am.. but like i said, i've had him for over a year, and he's never, ever pooed in my bed...its' something he just started doing recently.. he's been able to hold it thru the night without any mistakes.
3) my husband is home with him all day...
the commitment thing is the big thing.. i fear, that i am not consistant enough with him..and he is slightly submissive. i don't yell at him or berate him when he makes a mistake, but i do get mad and he knows it.. i guess i have to stop that. they don't know they're doing something wrong.
we're going to start feeding him in his crate to see if that helps.. also consistant crate training and no more sleeping in our bed
