I used to live in Council Bluffs, IA and I could have refered you to a good one there but you're too far away from there. Sorry... Can you look to see if there's a Yorkie Dog Club there? You might have one and could call any member to ask who they use. Also, if you call any Vets office just ask if anyone there specializes in toy breeds. Hope this helps
