My little guy's tummy is always rumbling and grumbling and he's fine. It's just the way he is. He also lets out a huge burp right after eating (then looks proud of himself) and lays SBDs near me all the time (Silent But Deadly) that are enough to clear a room.
I call him my little stinker.
