Ohhh! The booth is a great idea. Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. We have one advantage and that's that my mom lives less than a block away from the event so we can run back home if we forget anything.
Mom said there must be at least one team member walking at all times so it would be okay for one of us to slip away for a few if we need to.

Our team goal is $500, but Mom's surgery is Wednesday and we're trying to get as many donations as possible before then so that she knows how much people are supporting and thinking of her. We're hoping to print off the donation sheet to encourage her before she goes to surgery.
