I think if you really can't say something nice then don't say it at all goes for everyone...including those that keep causing trouble because they start shouting out that everyone is being rude...Sometimes when a question is posed and an answer is given it is not what everyone wants to hear...Either take the advice or don't but the advice sure may be helping someone...
