Donna, I know exactly how you feel. Although, I'm not a breeder and most likely will never be, I really love this breed. I've learned SO much in the past couple of years, and I wish everyone would open themselves up to learning like I did...it's just amazing how much you can learn once you set your mind to it. I'm not suprised you are bowing out for a while...obviously, because I asked you Saturday what made you stay here. I know it gets frustrating...I'm so sick of people producing unhealthy dogs and not doing anything to stop it...I'm sick of people putting their dog's life at risk because they just want one litter from it or because they didn't take the time to get her spayed, and I'm sick of how overbred Yorkies are. I think you know how hard it is for me to trust a breeder, and so far what I know about you is that you really are a very honest and ethical breeder. I wish every breeder cared about the heath of this breed like you do. I guess we can't save the world...all we can do is put good advice out there...I guess people will choose to listen to it or not. Unfortunately, when it comes to dogs people feel like they have the right to breed their dog and think there can be a big profit in the "breeding business". It's really sad and frustrated that people breed for money instead of the love of the breed. Anyway, you're appreciated here, and I hope you don't disapear forever. I don't blame you one bit for not advising anyone that is clearly planning to breed the wrong way but I know you're always willing to help if someone is truly interested in learning. Thanks for being one of the good ones
