That breeder states that their pictures are uptodate and they can't provide more on an individual email basis.

I totally agree that they can make the stock email and then attach pictures but they are a bit off on how things go. Either way for me personally I don't care to deal with a breeder that charges way extra like that for the papers. I think GREEDERS is a better name for these people.
