I'm sorry you feel ignored. I didn't intend to do that, and I answer my PMs every night...
The last PM I got from you was yesterday and I answered it as soon as I got home at 10-something. Did you not get that one?
On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays I have NO access to the computer after the morning until 7-10PM at night because that particular job I'm not able to do it. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I DO have access SOME parts of the day, but I have to work some of the time...
Then Brooke has her litter of pups right now, and I have 9 dogs plus the new puppies to care for when I'm home, AND sell these clothes (I'm trying to start up a website). I never got a PM from you today at all...or I would've answered it, and today is the day you sent the paypal. Also, my paypal goes directly into my account, I don't have to accept it...so as soon as someone sends something it just takes it immediately whether I'm there or not.
I feel like I DO stick around, I'm on here every night and sporadically throughout the day. I think most people here can't be on 24/7, although I sure wish I could sometimes...
I can go back and show you the PMs...I'm 99% sure I answered every PM within the same day OR if it was sent at night the next morning. In fact, I know every time I came on YT if you had sent me a PM, I responded immediately. That's the first thing I do, is check my PMs and respond.
I tried to be as helpful as I could about the sizing, and whenever I came back to YT I answered your PMs ASAP...but I just can't be on here all the time...I'm so so busy right now. I did the best I possibly could answering all your questions, but when I'm at work I just can't always do it.
It really upsets me that you feel that way, if you would've just said something to me in a PM about it I would've explained all this to you. I try to be as fair as I possibly can, and trust me, you can't find these clothes at these prices anywhere else...I tried for such a long time and that's why I convinced my friend to start selling them in her boutique and I decided to share the discounts with you guys.
I will do anything you'd like me to do, if you want a refund you can have it. I'm waiting on the jumper right now because I had to order a few extras since I had SOOO many requests on that one. (But they are adorable!
