Wicket always has his harness on when he is outside for my piece of mind and his safety.
we live in the country and have horses and even with the field fencing he can still get through the holes, also we have labs and a jack russell terrier that will take off if they hear anything in the woods or pastures and wicket thinks he is as big and bold as they are and takes off after them, we have hawks larger then wicket.
yes I feel bad that he can't run free outside but the risk are far too great and I would never be able to forgive myself if anything happen to him while he was running free.
he only wears his harness when he is outside inside he a free yorkie. |
