I appreciate your replies! That is what we decided to do. So far it's working extremely well. Since we limited her space she has consistently gone on her pee-pads.

We take her out often and play with her and when we think she has to go potty we put her back in the confined space till she goes (praising her lots). Then we take her out again. So far she has had no accidents at all!

We're going to buy her a harness this weekend and start taking her outside too...to get her potty trained to go outside (if the weather cooperates - as we have had some really bad winter weather this yr with -25 temps and lots of snowstorms)!
