Yes, that is normal in some dogs, neuter him, my Scooby had that and his recovered only took less than a week, He was up and bouncing around, it was only sore for a few days post surgery and it had healed wher yuu never thought he has two incisions. Leaving it in, may eventually cause cancer. my scooby was 6 months when he had it done.
