Thanks for the explanation. You beat me to it. But that is correct. We were joking around one day about puppy names and wanted to get 2 yorkies and name them Har Gow and Siu Mai (which are two popular dim sum dishes). We had it all planned out to get a little white sweater for one and a yellow sweater for the other and everyone loved the idea.

But at this time i think I could only handle one. So we named him Dim Sum and that was decided while we were at Dim Sum. haha.
