My sheltie used to do the same thing to my yorkie! It was so hilarious, if not for the fact Persephone could have gotten killed if Molly hadn't taken care of her...She put herself btwn Persephone and a Rottwiler on a chain one time. Persephone was ready to fight it! These little ones have balls of steel!
Even the females!
