I put it on when Gracie is dry. I was at the vet's office the other day and heard the vet tech saying that it will wash off after the first bath you give the dog... Must be great for dogs that get bathed once a month, but not for Yorkies. Well, Gracie has no fleas so some of it must stay on after baths...
