I remember my Kimchee used to have one up and one down, and then next day the other way round. He is now 2 years old and when he just woke up from his naps, one of his ears will be floppy, it is so cute though.

My another girl who will be 5 months old next week never has floppy ears (so far). I am not sure if hers will come down due to teething, but I have yet to see that.
