SUPER easy! Just put some aluminum foil on a baking sheet, spray w/ non-stick, lay down fillets (I'd usually do 5-6 at a time), I would lightly season w/ Mrs. Dash table blend, bake for about 15 mins or until fish is flaky, at 375-400 degrees. Once done, I'd put fish in tupperware and just flake it up w/ a fork. I'd always have to sneak a couple bites for myself too, bc it really is yummy!
Then I'd also do mashed potatoes (little butter/salt) and steamed/pureed green beans.
