I was explaining situation. Yes, he told me that dogs are not allowed to the store. I said that's fine, however you should have a sign.

But I have a complain about customer service and the way how manager and security treated me and my hubby.

1. No sorry at all.
2. No questions about name/who did that/whatever.
3. On my question about how they punish employes, who make fun of their customers, he.....hang up the phone.

PERIOD.


PLEASE, don't think I was speaking like a crazy psycho, trust me . I was not.

It just "a high professional" service .
Unfortunately, I think this is becoming the norm rather than the exception at a lot of places. I have noticed that a lot of employees working for a store could care less about customers. I have had this exact same kind of treatment when making a legit complaint. I usually just quit shopping there. I hope someone will listen to you and apologize, but I really don't expect it to happen. Sorry this happened to you.
