Congratulations! I hope that you deliver the day that you get induced, however if your cervix is not ripe, then it might not happen that day. Alot of times they will put you in the hospital the night before the induction and put a 1/4 of a pill called cytotec in vaginally and it usually will ripen (soften) the cervix so that when they start the pitocin the next day, your cervix will dilate faster. Sorry to ramble on but I thought you might like to ask your doctor about it.....
