What are your dogs pre and postprandial bile acid results?
You can get Dr. Dodds liver cleansing diet in the FILES section of that site above. Some people replace the fish with egg. Please ask questions before you start that diet. It may need to be tailored to your dog.
I thought my dog had MVD but it turns out she doesn't. I got a recipe from a nutritionist (which I think is the best option) but since Ellie didn't have many symptoms it is higher in protein than most MVD dogs can handle, so it probably wouldn't do you any good.
