My monkey tooshie will be 2 in April and for her bday i want to surprise her with a sister. Sadly I found this site after I had already brought her home from a pet store and even though she is the love of my life and i would never change a thing, she came home very sick and wound up costing me several thousand to keep alive in the first few months.

There is however, one petstore by me that has pertty good reviews and claim to get their dogs from private breeders. They ONLY sell small breed puppies and no other pets or supplies. I'm just concerened that if one of them is sick, all the rest would pick it up because they are in such close quarters. Dont know what to think about this...

I have been looking for breeders in my area but i am convinced they have all gone insane!! I wouldnt have a pup shipped so i want a breeder thats within a 4 or 5 hour drive of Brooklyn NY. The only pups I am finding are "MICRO MINI's" or something to that effect and cost up to $7,000. I think that is just PSYCHOTIC...who comes up with these prices???/ My Chewy was 1200 and I want to stay in that area.

Anyone around me have any advice or know any good breeders??? Any help would be really appreciated.
