I have no idea what the salad is called. We have it for brunch get togethers and i had my s-i-l write it down for me. I would think that recipe if served with a meal would serve 6-8, if there is other food, people just take a little.
The other recipe is Potato & Ham Quiche
1 pillsbury refrigerated pie crust (15 oz box) softened as directed on box
1 cup frozen country-style diced potatoes, thawed
1 cup 1/2 inch pieces fresh asparagus
1 cup diced canadian style bacon or ham
1 1/2 cups shredded Havarti cheese (6 oz)
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tspn marjoram leaves
1/4 tspn salt
heat oven to 375. Place pie crust in 9 inch pie pan and bake about 8 minutes.
Then layer potatoes, asparagus, bacon & cheese into the crust. Beat eggs, milk, marjoram and salt until well blended. Pour over mixture in pie plate
bake 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. let stand 5 minutes before cutting
