The scanner works and I can't be without that as I have shared many of my tole painting patterns with friends. I never used my printer a lot so this is most likely the problem. I previously had a HP and had nothing but problems with it. I think in getting another it will be the cheapest one out there. This Epson and the HP was expensive units. I sure appreciate everyone replying to this. Thanks everyone. Patti |
