I tired everything cleANING THE HEADS myself but you can't get to the part where it is clogged. good luck with it . it can be fixed but it was like $60 here to clean it and i didn't want to keep doing it.

Thanks amber, I think I will try cleaning the heads myself with alchol, guess I will get busy here and try to find them I put all new 4 cartridges in. The scanner works and I can't be without that as I have shared many of my tole painting patterns with friends. I never used my printer a lot so this is most likely the problem. I previously had a HP and had nothing but problems with it. I think in getting another it will be the cheapest one out there. This Epson and the HP was expensive units. I sure appreciate everyone replying to this. Thanks everyone. Patti
