! I was typing fast and said "her" when it was a "him". The woman (Cindy) called my Mom just sobbing (her girl Lacey is the mother of the pup and Cowboy is the father). She did call the cops and they told her to put an ad in the paper stating that the pup is sick and needs meds hoping the person will take the pup to the vet and get caught.
